Frequently Asked Questions

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are processed in 1-3 days for apparel, and up to 3-7 days for specialty/embroidery items (hats, tumblers, blankets).  Once we ship, you'll receive an email with your tracking number (please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update once received).  If you opted to allow FB Messenger, we'll keep you up to date throughout your order's journey!

Once shipped, it should reach you in a 2-7 days for United States deliveries - depending on distance from our printing warehouses.  Outside of the US, it can take up to a few weeks. If you're not sure, or didn't receive tracking please email us at support@heavilyequipped.com.

I ORDERED 2+ ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE? 

Have no fear!  Because your items are produced upon demand, we ship them out as soon as they are ready!  This means you may receive each item separately.  Embroidered hats, tumblers, and other specialty items can take a little longer to produce and are always shipped separately.  Don't worry, the rest of your order is on the way and will be close behind.  You are not charged extra for shipping when orders are split.

I MESSED UP MY ORDER! CAN I CHANGE IT? 

If this happens to you, please email us as soon as you can and we should be able to care of it. However, as all of our products are printed on demand, we usually start immediately after you order and may ship out the same day. If your order has already entered production or shipped, we'll do our best to help you.  We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.  Just email us at support@heavilyequipped.com with as much detail as you can provide.

ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE

Not cool.  If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong design, etc.), please email us at support@heavilyequipped.com and tell us your order number.  We'll ask for a photo to identify the mistake so it doesn't happen again.  Once verified, we'll put a replacement in the queue immediately.  We're indeed human and make mistakes.  It's not common, but prints can be printed off-center, faded, or we might even accidentally pack the wrong item for you.  Know that we will always fix it.

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PRODUCTS.  WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not happy within 30 days of purchase you can return your order for a full refund. We'll issue the refund as soon as we receive your order. 

WHAT KIND OF SHIRTS DO YOU HAVE? 

We print on soft and true-to-size pre-shrunk 100% Combed Ringspun Cotton (Ladies T-Shirts, Men's T-Shirts sizes S through 3XL, Long Sleeve Hooded T-Shirts).

Hoodies, long-sleeve tees, and 4-5XL tees are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton and poly/cotton blends.
